Do you feel you lack the support you need to rise above the situation you find yourself in? It may be that some self evaluation is necessary to rise above this situation. Anytime we blame our circumstances on something or someone outside of ourselves, we play the victim role. We give away our power to the very ones who have seemingly abandoned us. There is always another possibility. There is always a way forward. Take responsibility for your role in the situation and ask yourself what can you do to empower yourself? Stop the negative self talk and the blame game. You are stronger than you think.
