Video: Jimmy Stewart Reads a Touching Poem About His Dog Beau
As a dog dad (and one who has lost 2 dogs) I can relate whenever someone expresses love over their canine kids, a friend of mine found this great clip of actor Jimmy Stewart reading a poem he wrote about his dog named Beau. He read it when he as a guest on Johnny Carson's Tonight Show. Stay with it until the end as it will really make you think of your dogs who have crossed over.

United Kingdom Book Reviews I like on "Pets and the Afterlife"
My books are available around the world and recently I figured out how to see reviews from other countries. This is a review I like from the United Kindgom about "Pets and the Afterlife" by Rob Gutro. You can link to the page on Amazon.co.uk: https://tinyurl.com/t64vjc9

Very helpful in painful times of loss
9 September 2019 Format: PaperbackVerified Purchase
I purchased this book and the second book on pets and the afterlife after losing my soulmate cat Samedi in December 2016. Strange things started to happen, and I thought I was going insane.
Thanks to these books and the replies from Rob to my emails, I was reassured and able to understand and find peace. I have read these book three times so far as they help me to maintain that peace – I receive far fewer signs than before, so need that reassurance. I also bought these books for my cousin who was devastated at losing his sweet cat at a very young age – they really helped him as they did me.
I highly recommend both books on pets and the afterlife by Rob Gutro – he’s an amazing person and he knows what he is talking about – he’s both a medium and a scientist – a very interesting combination – you will not regret buying his books!

An Observation: A Need to be Patient with Medium Messages
If you have ever gone to medium, they may tell you that they are hearing some things from spirit that you may not understand. However, over time, you may.
There a have been several instances where I have given people readings that included a description of someone that passed who was connected to them, or a dog or cat that gave a specific number, date or time that would identify them. In each case, the person told me that they didn't understand. Although the person for whom I described an older man in spirit purposely set out to humiliate and embarrass me.
THEY FIGURED IT OUT EVEN MONTHS LATER- In all cases, the people eventually figured out what the sign was, the number, or in the worst case, who the man was. I'm writing about this because you need to know that sometimes it takes time to figure messages out.
PLEASE DON'T REACT NEGATIVELY - If you don't understand a sign, don't lash out at the people trying to help you (me and other mediums). Recently, I apparently gave a reading to someone who read one of my books, and she wrote a "not good" review of my book, saying that I'm "just someone trying to make money from grieving people."
That horrible "review" now sits forever on Amazon.com, because someone didn't have patience, and instead decided to lash out at the person trying to help.
I was hurt, angry and disappointed that someone would think that of me.
First, I don't and have NEVER charged for readings. So, how I can I make money off of people?
Second, the books I write teach the reader to recognize the signs from their own people in spirit. As a self-published author, I set the prices of my books at $10 or LESS, cheaper than all other books on the topics. I do this not to make profit (I make less than 50 cents a book), but to teach people how to recognize signs and get comfort and understanding their loved ones are still around them.
BOTTOM LINE - You may not immediately understand things a medium tells you. Please, please, please don't get hostile with a medium. Mediums just convey information they hear. They DON"T KNOW YOU. All they want to do is help you.

Most haunted highways in UK : Part 1: Blue Bell Hill, Stockbridge Bypass, M6
The UK Telegraph and Argus news ran a series about the United Kingdom's most haunted highways, and in this blog you'll learn about a few of them and their resident ghosts. This is the first of 4 blogs about the UK Highways ( By Will Kilner)!
1. Blue Bell Hill, Kent
Over the last few decades, there have been countless reported
sightings of ghostly figures in the road amongst Blue Bell Hill. The
most reported being that of Judith Langham, a young bride-to-be who was
killed in a car collision on the day of her wedding – 19 November 1965 –
when she was just 22.
According to the reports, she haunts the road wearing a white dress and startles drivers who believe they’ve hit and injured her, yet when they get out of their car to help, she’s simply disappeared.
2. Stockbridge Bypass, Sheffield
In 1988, a new road was built across the Peak District to help connect the M1 with the Woodhead Pass and the A1616. Once building work started, reports of unusual occurrences began to surface, and the road soon became really famous for its paranormal activity.
During the time the road was under construction, it was reported that two security guards witness young children playing in the middle of the construction site. As they got closer, the children began to disappear with no footprint evidence left in the trail behind them.
3. M6 motorway
Part of this route has existed for nearly two thousand years, having been used by Roman soldiers during the Roman occupation of England in 55 BC, so it’s no wonder the M6 boasts its fair share of spooks.
It’s been reported that motorists driving on the M6 have witnessed unusual phenomena, like Roman soldiers marching across the road. Some people have claimed that there have been a set of eyes looking at them from behind bushes too.

"Carabinieri Love," Another Great Novel by Josie Naclerio
I just finished enjoying my friend Josie Naclerio's novel "Carabinieri Love," the third in the Carabineri (Italian military police) romance series. This is another well-crafted novel with engaging characters that you want to come together. Just like the first 2 books in the series, this would make a great movie.
Like books 1 and 2, "Love in the Ruins," and "Italian Love," the central character is officer in the Carabinieri. A Carabinieri, for those of us who are unfamiliar with the word, are the national gendarmerie of Italy who primarily carry out domestic policing duties. It is one of Italy's main law enforcement agencies, alongside the Polizia di Stato and the Guardia di Finanza.
The officer, Riccardo Mariani, was born into a family that operated one of Italy's biggest movie studios, but he walked away as a teenager. The novel contains dark secrets, twists, turns and a lot of unexpected things, including a twisted adversary.
Riccardo's love interest is Sophia, Italy's foremost actress. There's love, anger, disappointment, romance and a story that will keep you wanting to read to the end! The other thing that I enjoyed about this novel, is that it builds on all of the characters the author introduced in her first two novels in the series, so you know what's happened with them. Another great Carabinieri novel from Josie Naclerio!
I recommend read them all, and it does help to read them in order so you see how the characters interact and build over time. Five of five stars.

FYI- COVID-19 CDC Resources, Facts, Highest Risk, Symptoms, Prevention Guidelines
This isn't a paranormal blog, it's one to educate everyone about the COVID19 virus for your safety. Our loved ones in spirit want us to be safe, and I do, too.
As a scientist, it's critical to have the facts.
To make it easier for everyone, I've compiled facts on COVID 19 (Corona Virus 19) directly from the (CDC) Center for Disease Control website. COVID19 has proven fatal, especially to the elderly and people with lung (asthma) and heart diseases. Since I have asthma, I'm concerned (the world last saw something like this in 1918- google it). So in today's blog you'll learn the signs and symptoms, who is at highest risk, what to do if you're sick, about animals, prevention guidance, and Frequently Asked Questions. READ ON>>
TO GET CDC EMAIL UPDATES: https://www.cdc.gov/Other/emailupdates/
SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS
Fever • Cough • Shortness of breath
Seek medical advice if you • Develop symptoms AND Have been in close contact with a person known to have COVID-19 or if you live in or have recently been in an area with ongoing spread of COVID-19
DURATION: The effects last about 3 weeks. At 1.5 weeks you will likely experience peak symptoms and then gradually improve until week 3.
WHO IS AT HIGHEST RISK?
Early information out of China, where COVID-19 first started, shows that some people are at higher risk of getting very sick from this illness. This includes:
Older adults (60 plus)
People who have serious chronic medical conditions like:
Heart disease
Diabetes
Lung disease, Asthma, Bronchitis
WHAT TO DO IF YOU ARE SICK
Call your doctor: If you think you have been exposed to COVID-19 and develop a fever and symptoms of respiratory illness, such as cough or difficulty breathing
TESTING - get the test if you're sick, not if you've been exposed. There's not enough virus developed in asymptomatic people to register in tests.
STAY HOME IF SICK, GET SOMEONE TO CARE FOR YOUR PETS
WHAT ABOUT ANIMALS? Limit contact with pets & ; animals: You should restrict contact with pets and other animals while you are sick with COVID-19, just like you would around other people. Although there have not been reports of pets or other animals becoming sick with COVID-19, it is still recommended that people sick with COVID-19 limit contact with animals until more information is known about the virus. When possible, have another member of your household care for your animals while you are sick
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/faq.html
PREVENTION GUIDANCE:
Here is the CDC's guidance for prevention: The best way to prevent illness is to avoid being exposed to this virus. However, as a reminder, CDC always recommends everyday preventive actions to help prevent the spread of respiratory diseases, including:
• Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
• Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
• Stay home when you are sick.
• Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.
• Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces using a regular household cleaning spray or wipe.
• Follow CDC's recommendations for using a facemask.
• CDC does not recommend that people who are well wear a facemask to protect themselves from respiratory diseases, including COVID-19.
• Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom; before eating; and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.
• If soap and water are not readily available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Always wash hands with soap and water if hands are visibly dirty.

Whitman, Mass. Family Claims House is Haunted
Source: WBZ Newsradio
Whitman homeowners Mike and Lynette Feeney say they, along with their nine-year-old daughter, have been visited by the spirits of a farmer and his young daughter, who lived in the house years ago.
The Feeneys claim their daughter has a hard time breathing and feels a heaviness on her chest when the ghosts are believed to be near.
“A little girl has been trying to contact her,” Lynette Feeney said. “She’s had some difficulty sleeping at night, crying at night, and having a difficult time breathing at night.”
Mrs. Feeney says when her daughter leaves the room, she is completely fine.
“This was farmland, the father and daughter lived here,” Mrs. Feeney said. “I guess the mother passed away, it seems like [the young ghost girl] wanted me as a mother figure I guess.”
She says she has seen figures in the middle of the night at the foot of her bed.
“I thought it was a dream, and it certainly wasn’t because it happened again and again,” Mrs. Feeney said. “In the middle of the night, they tend to tap me on the foot, and I would get startled, and I thought it was my daughter, so I called her name.”
Mike Feeney says he once heard a disembodied, unknown voice speak to him while he thought he was home alone.
“It was spooky,” Mr. Feeney said. “It was right next to my ear, telling me to go to bed.”
The Feeney's home sits in the middle of the Bridgewater Triangle—an area in southeastern Massachusetts known for a history of alleged sightings of ghouls and creatures.

Shared Experience from the Inspired Ghost Tracking Meeting
IGT members (L to R): Ronda, Tom, Margaret, Rob |
Inspired Ghost Tracking of Maryland During the evening, there were 4 different messages from 4 different spirits that came through. Margaret, the IGT founder and manager was reminded of an incident that happened to her. Here's what Margaret said:
Hey Rob, nice job on the lecture tonight. Something you said during the lecture reminded me of a story and thought you would be interested in it. You said to Betty that they didn't have to be dead to give you a sign and for what ever reason that is what reminded me of this.
Back in 1982 when my first husband and I got together we lived in South Carolina back in the woods with only our trailer and our landlords house were. We didn't have a phone. We lived about 20 minutes away from where my husband worked and I normally took him in and then took the car to do what I needed to do. This particular morning I was going to visit my dad and he told me that my oldest brother who lived with him but was visiting my mom called and needed to get a message to me. All day I was very upset about this and anxious to reach him or any of my family. I tried stopping several times at pay phones and calling but nobody was answering and that mad me more upset and I knew something had happened. I have 6 brothers all of whom were at my mom's house and nobody was answering the phone.
I went to pick my husband up and on the way home I told him about it and told him that I believe my grandmother had passed. After, getting home I got really emotional and started crying. A knock was at the door and it was the landlord saying I had a phone call. I knew who it was and what I was going to hear and cried even harder. As soon as I picked up the phone my mom told me that my grandmother had passed at the time that I was trying to call them earlier that day.
You made me think of this story and I knew I had to tell you. Great lecture and great information as always.
