Six of Pentacles Description

The Six of Pentacles shows a wealthy man dressed in a red robe, handing out coins to two beggars who kneel at his feet. In his left hand, he holds a balanced scale, representing fairness and equality. This card reflects a state of financial security and generosity, suggesting that you can generously use your wealth and abundance for the benefit of others. But it also speaks to receiving generosity and the feeling of relief that accompanies much-needed assistance. The Six of Pentacles is a card of giving and receiving. Sometimes, you are on the giving end; other times, you are on the receiving end. It’s an ongoing cycle of life, and this card serves as a reminder that the balance can change at any time. Even if you are surrounded by wealth, there will be times when you need the help and support of others, so be generous with your resources, as you may need the support in the future.

A Doberman's Striking Visible Appearance in Spirit

Recently I received an email from a woman whom I met at a New Hampshire rescue 9 months ago. She came to the event because her Doberman had recently passed. During the event, her dog, Max, kept nudging me to give her one of the 2 stuffed animals I brought with me, so she could hug it, and find comfort in knowing Max was around.

On July 26, she sent me this email about Max appearing to her:

I can't believe it's been 9 months since I lost my boy and met you at your talk in NH.   I was finally able to start reading your book yesterday, I haven't been able to pick it up until now.  A few months ago I woke during the night and when I opened my eyes and clear as day was a doberman standing in front of me at the side of my bed.  I began to get up assuming it was Shelby needing to go potty but when I look towards her bed, there she was sound asleep. When I looked back to the bed side he was gone, I know it had to be Max watching over me sleeping.  So far that is the one and only time he has appear as full bodied visual in that way.

Rob's note: . That was indeed Max! That's how it happens and Max appeared at the side of your bed to let you know that he is watching over you.    That takes a lot of energy to make a visible appearance. It's also rare.  That's a testament to the strong bond of love you share. I am so excited to hear this!

Another Ghost I Encountered in Vienna's Schönbrunn Palace - The Stallions Room Ghost

In May, I went on vacation and visited the Schonbrunn Palace in Austria. Like any palace or castle that is hundreds of
 years old, there are likely people who decided to stay behind as Earth-bound ghosts. This is the first of several blogs of ghosts I encountered there. Here's the story about The Stallions Room Ghost and I was able to determine his identity.


THE STALLIONS ROOM
The Stallions Room was used as a dining room during the nineteenth century. Displayed here today is the so-called Marshal’s Table, a festively decorated table set for a dinner of the highest-ranking military officers and court officials, who dined without the emperor, as was customary in Franz Joseph’s time.

THE GHOST - It was when I walked into this room ,that I experienced a sharp pain in my heart, and realized that it was a male ghost who was telling me he died here of a heart attack. I also heard the ghost call out the name "Franz!" I didn't know who Franz was until later. Then I learned that he was rule Maria Theresa's husband! What's more, I also learned that Franz died of a heart attack... so he was sharing his pain of death with me to prove his identity and told me his name.  I'm unsure why he's in the Stallions room,but it was a room where he and his wife entertained a lot- and perhaps it was his favorite room.

Stallions Room

Franz Joseph ascended the throne of the Austrian Empire in 1848. His concept of rulership was informed by a great sense of duty and mission. After the upheavals of the 1848 revolution he endeavoured to re-establish the legitimacy of monarchical rule and to hold together the multinational state that was threatening to break apart. He was forced to make far-reaching concessions, notably in the creation of the dual monarchy through the Compromise with Hungary in 1867 and in consenting to a constitution.
