In today's Q&A you'll read about a spirit who sent a sweet smell. Spirits have the ability to
convey scents to let us know they're around. It could be a floral scent, perfume, baked goods, or anything you would connect to them.
Q: Hi,
my husband was only 47 and he just passed away in October. I decided to
cremated him but I Don't know if he wanted that..I have his ashes at
home in our room where he passed, but I only got a strong sweet incense
type smell a couple days after he died. I didn't got any more signs,and I
don't know if he is very disappointed on me because I'm being in some
how peaceful state that I don't understand. ..I want the best for him,
and I don't know if keeping him at home is maybe bother him. I also felt
signs in my home before he passed and I thought there was another
energy in the house..Please help protect my husband. What is the best
for him to be truly free and in peace. I LOVE HIM
A: The sweet smell you encountered was your
husband's approval of having him cremated. He's well in the afterlife,
and around you, protecting you and keeping you safe. Spirits can generate a scent to let us know they're around or if they approve or disprove of something we've done. Since it was a sweet smell, it's a sign of approval and love.
Instead of the regularly scheduled "Friday Night Ghost Frights" video, I wanted to share another paranormal YouTube program done by my friend and Ghostorian Mike Ricksecker. In this week's Q&A, a reader sent me a question about an observation of smoke generated after spreading ashes. As a paranormal investigator (and a scientist), the first thing we do is try to debunk the occurrence and find physical explanations.
Q: When my Aunt spread my grandfather ashes, 3 minutes later I notice white
smoke coming from the ground that was a foot away from the spreading of
the ashes...... Could that have be his spirit???
A: It could be a number of things. 1) moisture on the ground scattered as a
result of dropping something on it 2) dust stirred up from dropping
something on it. 3) OR it could have been your grandfather's spirit
coming back to visit to thank her for scattering his ashes as he
requested. - If you felt your grandfather's presence at the time, he could have generated the white smoke, or it could be ectoplasm- energy from spirit.

There's an interesting history to this beautiful castle, now bed and breakfast. The ghost I encountered wound up being in my room, and he let me know he was there. When I returned from vacation I was able to solve the mystery of his identity and figure out why he is there.

I have had a few dogs since I was a kid that have crossed the
rainbow bridge. Several times I have thought they have visited me,
including partial apparitions. After reading PETS IN THE AFTERLIFE I am
even more convinced they have visited me and more hopeful I will see
them again. Also, I have heard arguments on both sides of seeing pets in
afterlife or even if there is an afterlife for any of us. One Bible
verse in Revelations makes the argument for me. When Christ returns, how
does he return. You got it, on a horse. I guess there must be some
stables there.
