During COVID19: A Medium's Message about Wakes, Funerals and Churches

Last week I received an email from a woman whose loved one passed away and services
are not currently allowed because of the ongoing pandemic. Since I'm a medium, she wanted to know my thoughts and the thoughts of spirit. Well, spirits of our loved ones have an important message. 
Today's blog is a message for those who attend churches, or lose loved ones during this worldwide killer virus.
 
ABOUT THE VIRUS: This virus has already killed many people and can kill millions more. The pandemic of 1918 killed 500 MILLION people, and this can do the same, unless you act responsibly and unselfishly now and stay home. BTW, doctors describe COVID19 as filling up lungs like  wet sponge with fluid, and people gasp for air. That's why ventilators are needed to push air into lungs. Without them you essentially drown in a hospital bed, AND what's worse, is that your loved ones CANNOT VISIT you. 

THE EMAIL AND MY RESPONSE:  
The email I received said, "Due to COVID19 (Coronavirus) there will be no wake / funeral for my loved one. Some of my relatives are quite upset. Wow. Yeah, that is the new norm this year."

My Message: Although they are upset they can't have a ceremony to "say goodbye" to your loved one, the ceremony is just for the living. The spirit of your loved one has already crossed over and is now urging all her friends and relatives (including you) to stay home and stay safe from this virus.

WHAT YOU CAN DO TO HONOR SOMEONE: 
 Her friends and relatives should do something from their own home in her honor, whether planting a tree, baking something, praying to her in a silent corner of the house, talk about good memories. The best thing you can do to honor your lost loved ones is to PROTECT YOURSELF AND OTHERS. After all, Spirits want us to live full and healthy lives.

CAUTIONS FROM SPIRIT: 
So, please tell people NOT to attend church services, where they will spread the virus and kill countless others.  Churches don't have "magical protections."  Spirits want us to use our heads and listen to the medical professionals.  This is also not a disease of the elderly or infirm. People from infants to 20 and 30 somethings to seniors have passed, and many were healthy.  Spirits of our loved ones want us to be smart and to live our lives. To disregard the medical science and advice will only kill other innocent people - and those lives lost will be on those who disregard the experts.

Be safe, Be Smart. Stay at home. Don't go to churches, beaches, parks, or events. No one wants to die early. .. and don't put others lives in jeopardy because of your selfishness.

Don't Believe any faith that says "pets don't cross over or have souls"

As someone who has had the ability to get messages from spirits of people and pets since I was a teenager, there is absolutely nothing that makes me angrier than hearing that some "Religious people" tell pet parents that "animals have no soul," and that "animals don't go to heaven.' That is SO stupid. Really. Yes, I said stupid because their ignorance hurts grieving pet parents and their children. Those people that say animals have "no soul" simply don't know what they're talking about.

FIRST, LET"S DEFINE A "SOUL":  EVERY living thing has a soul. A Soul is the combination of memories and personalities and intelligence. We all know that pets learn, they have love, they have memories (just don't feed them on time and they'll let you know), and they all have their own personalities. OF COURSE ANIMALS HAVE SOULS.

This blog is not to put down religions (because not all of them believe in the "no soul" idea). However, please keep in mind that religions only say what their religious books tell them. It's important to remember that many religious texts were written for primitive peoples when no one understood science, behavior or the afterlife. In fact, people who continue to say "animals have no souls" have never talked with spirits on the other side as mediums do. So, how can they make these ridiculous claims that pets have no souls? Answer; They can't. They have no idea what they're talking about and it does so much harm to grieving pet parents. It's maddening!

I have seen my family dogs on the other side in the light waiting for my dad.
I've literally received THOUSANDS of messages from pets who have given me so much detail, that I couldn't possibly know - and they've proved their identities. In fact I've received SO many messages, I wrote "Pets and the Afterlife 2" that contains many of them.

So, next time a person of a religion tells you "animals don't have souls" tell them they most certainly do and you know someone who has proven it countless times over.
  In fact, I'm sure that any dog, cat, rabbit, etc. has a better chance of crossing over before those people. Of course the religious person will find out how wrong they are when they die and transition to spirit!

SO, take heart. Your dog, cat, horse, bird, etc. will ALWAYS be connected to you and will be waiting for you on the other side.

Ghosts and Religion

I've heard from a couple of people I know that "Christians are taught to believe that ghosts don't exist, and not to believe in mediums."
I find that all fascinating, because ghost references were scattered throughout the bible. I've looked at various websites, and the right-wing conservative interpretations of the Bible say "no." Ghosts of people who have passed don't walk the Earth. Other interpretations indicate they do. What it all comes down to is that the Bible was written by man and is not infallible, just like anything.
This is the same argument I make about pets "not going to Heaven." WRONG, WRONG, WRONG. Dogs and cats most certainly DO cross over and go to the other side. Any medium will tell you that. Any person that has had a dog or cat may be able to show signs that they've come back from the other side to indicate they're okay, just like people do. I've even SEEN my puppy that was killed standing in the light (with our 2 other family dogs who passed) when my dad walked into it in 2008. Any preacher that tells you dogs and cats don't go to heaven is lying and simply uninformed.
As for ghosts and spirits - they certainly do exist and there's a difference between them. My own aunt was stuck here on Earth as a ghost until obtaining forgiveness, then she moved on. Spirits (who have passed into the light) come back to us in our dreams among other ways. We've proven it with mediums, we've proven it with scientific equipment.
The issue I see here is that some religions have "told" people that any supernatural entity is a demon. Wrong, wrong, wrong. Yes, there are dark entities, some that are non-human, but there are genuinely ghosts and spirits that come back to communicate. Even the Vatican, who dismissed psychics and mediums now employs them. Think about it.
I found that people raised in evangelical and Baptist religions were particularly taught the all spirits were "demonic" (which is untrue). I'd like to know everyone's thoughts on this.
