Over the summer I visited Gettysburg,
Pennsylvania to experience the history of the civil war. In addition to the history there, there's a lot of residual energy left behind by the extreme emotions during the battles. There are also some intelligent haunts - that is, ghosts that can interact with you and answer questions.
WHAT IS GETTYSBURG NATIONAL PARK?
Gettysburg National Park is managed by the National Park Service and has
a great museum with countless artifacts found on the battlefields, and
monuments erected to every regiment of Union and Confederate soldiers

ABOUT THE BATTLE: The Battle of Gettysburg was a turning point in the Civil War, the Union
victory that ended General Robert E. Lee's second and most ambitious
invasion of the North. Often referred to as the "High Water Mark of the
Rebellion", Gettysburg was the Civil War's bloodiest battle.
The Battle of Gettysburg
was fought July 1–3, 1863, in and around the town of Gettysburg, by
Union and Confederate forces during the American Civil War. The battle
involved the largest number of casualties of the entire war and is often described as the war's turning point. Union
Maj. Gen. George Meade's Army of the Potomac defeated attacks by Confederate
Gen. Robert E. Lee's Army of Northern Virginia, ending Lee's attempt to invade the North.
CASUALTIES: Between 46,000 and 51,000 soldiers from both armies were casualties in the three-day battle.

GETTYSBURG NATIONAL CEMETERY -
On November 19, President Lincoln used the dedication ceremony for the Gettysburg National Cemetery to honor the fallen Union soldiers and redefine the purpose of the war in his historic Gettysburg Address. We toured the cemetery and saw the spot where President Lincoln gave the famous address.
GHOSTLY ENCOUNTERS: As a Medium, I
sense energy from people who passed and can communicate with them (if
they're intelligent hauntings). During my recent trip to Gettysburg, PA-
the emotional energy left behind from the soldiers going into battle
was overwhelming and gave me a whopping headache. The battlefields are said to be
some of the most haunted areas in the state.

I developed a massive headache as we approached the town.
It was like standing in a stadium packed with people who were all
shouting at me. It was overwhelming. The anxiety, fear, nervousness,
pride, aggressiveness, passion - all of these feelings from soldiers who
battled there, and died on the battlefield linger. Some of it was
residual, like an emotional thumbprint. There were actual ghosts there,
though- intelligent ghosts of men that still lingered.
