Spirits have many ways to communicate with us and let us know they're around. I talk about many of the different ways they do this in my book "Lessons Learned from Talking to the Dead." Recently I received the following email from my friend Merle in Canada who awoke to an amazing personal musical sign from her late husband Stan.
If you've lost someone and they had a special song, whenever that song comes on the radio, or however you hear it, it means that they're with you at that time. Often, spirits will influence you to go to a place where the song will play - they know in advance - so you can get a message.
Spirits usually come around on Birthdays, Anniversaries and Holidays-- just as we would wish someone a happy birthday, anniversary in life, the same holds true on the other side. Such was the case with Merle's husband's spirit in this visit.

Good Morning, Rob ~
I awoke this morning to a lovely surprise.....
The minute I turned the radio on to listen to the 8 a.m. news, the
room was filled with the music of Good Morning, Starshine.
When my husband was alive, that was OUR song {and also my pet name for
him}. Then the announcer came on giving the date and time. THAT had me sitting up and taking notice for sure!
Today is the anniversary of a very special date in our marriage – 46 years
ago – and I had forgotten
I knew then that Stan was with me.
He made sure I remembered the date
as he usually did throughout our marriage.
