Important: Wind Chill Chart/Hypothermia - Don't become a ghost

Being a meteorologist, I wanted to share Wind Chill and Hypothermia information with you, to ensure you don't join the realm of ghosts and spirits during this polar outbreak. That is, the importance of staying warm during this polar outbreak in the central and Eastern U.S. 
Today, Jan 21  to  Jan 23 ***Arctic airmass arriving to the Eastern U.S.*** ***Snow storm for the Mid-Atlantic and New England*** IF YOU WILL BE OUTDOORS...DRESS IN LAYERS AND WEAR A HAT AND GLOVES. FROSTBITE AND HYPOTHERMIA ARE POSSIBLE IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN.
***Special note for Pets: Dogs should NOT be left out more than 15 minutes. They CAN get frostbite on their noses and other tender areas in that time. **WIND CHILLS will be as LOW as -20F/-28.8C ***DO NOT LEAVE YOUR DOG OUTSIDE**
