Purpose of this Blog

Rob Gutro is an author, paranormal investigator and medium with Inspired Ghost Tracking of Maryland. Since he was a child he could receive messages from ghosts or spirits (who have crossed over). *He wrote the books "Pets and the Afterlife," "Pets and the Afterlife 2," "Ghosts and Spirits" and "Lessons Learned from Talking to the Dead" to teach others how ghosts and Spirits communicate with the living and to give proof of the afterlife. As a scientist, he also provides some scientific explanations about how energy is the baseline for the afterlife and the medium that entities use to communicate.

Q&A About Ghosts and Spirits: Part 1

Here are three questions I received from facebook  and my responses!

  • If you are mad at a person, can you "will" their spirit to stay away from you?
  • If you're mad at someone that passed, they would try  to honor your wishes to stay away, BUT, what they
all need on the other side is forgiveness to move on, so it may be difficult to stay away.
My aunt basically "haunted" me for the 25 years it took for me to convince my mother to forgive her. 25 years after someone dies is a long time to hold a grudge, and it's emotionally draining to us on Earth to hold onto it... so, it's better to forgive.

  • Or if they were a jerk in life, but still had some kind of love for you, is it the same when they die?
  • Yes. Once they get on the other side, they realize their actions were bad in life. Usually they want to be forgiven
for it, too. They'll always have love for you. When we die we maintain our memories and our personalities. So, someone
who was a jerk in life will likely be somewhat of a jerk in death. The ghosts that try and harm people/scare people were jerks in life.

    • If they never understood how much you loved them, in life, do they "get it" after they die? I mean, if they doubted you and they were wrong about it, do they find that out after they are gone?

Yes. Spirits gain a lot of knowledge on the other side. Our thoughts are energy, and they are energy, so they can soak up everything we think and feel. They learn truths on the other side.
