Join Barb Mallon for: A HOLIDAY Afternoon of Messages from Spirit (and me, too!)

COME TO A HOLIDAY Afternoon of    Messages from Spirit
barbgallery
When:  Sunday, December 16, 2012
Time:   4:00 - 7:00pm
Where: Chantilly, Virginia
Fee:     $60/pp or $50/pp with the donation of a bag of dog food/blankets/treats, etc.

Do you have family in town for the holidays?  Looking for something unique to do?

J
oin medium Barb Mallon for a very special afternoon of inspiration, validations, and messages from loved ones on the other side!  (Rob Gutro will also be there and share a "3 Ghosts of Christmas Past" story, and have his books available)

This event will also benefit a local animal rescue group (TBA).  Bring a bag of dog food, or warm blankets, treats, etc., and get $10 off your admittance fee!

This event is much like Barb's larger mediumship events; however, instead of an audience of 50 or more, only 25 seats will be available.  This gives participants a better chance of having their own special reading.  We may also have a few of Barb's mediumship students present who may have extra messages at the end of the evening!

This very intimate setting is a wonderful way to experience the process of mediumship through possibly your own reading or through the readings of others*.

Barb will start with a small introduction, and then relay messages from the other side to those members of the audience she's pulled to. She then finishes with a small Q & A session. The event lasts approximately 2 hours.

She strives to get to as many members of the audience that she can get to* during this event; however, keep in mind that those spirit people with the most dominant energy are the ones who will be able to come through. While she will do her best to keep the readings equal lengths, some spirit people have more to say than others. Some readings may be 5 minutes, while others may be a bit longer.

Please join Barb after the Q&A session for an intimate reception with holiday refreshments, music and tables of holiday gifts for purchase!  Barb will have NEW pieces of her hand-crafted sterling silver jewelry for sale, as well!

PROGRAM:
4:00 - 4:15 - Introduction
4:15 - 6:00 - Audience readings/Q&A
6:00 - 7:00 - Holiday refreshments & gift ideas available next door!

Inspired Ghost Tracking Featured in Baltimore City Paper

BALTIMORE'S CITY PAPER SPOTLIGHT ON INSPIRED GHOST TRACKING

Since I joined Inspired Ghost Tracking a couple of years ago, I've had the opportunity to investigate historic places and personal homes. I've participated in helping rid problematic ghosts from homes.

Several of the adventures appear in my new book "Lessons Learned from Talking to the Dead."  https://www.createspace.com/3824548 or

Thanksgiving Means Those Who Passed Still Sit at the Table

Thanksgiving is not only a big holiday for the living relatives in families, but it also tends to be one of those times when those who passed come to visit, too. Any holiday, special occasion, birthday or anniversary are typically times that spirits of loved ones (who crossed into the light) come to visit us.
Why do they come on Thanksgiving?  Think about it. Spirits are just the souls of relatives who passed. Like living people, they enjoy gathering with family members and what better time to see everyone together than at Thanksgiving?
So, this Thanksgiving, if you've lost a loved one, be on the lookout for signs. Whether you find a penny on the kitchen floor, or your electricity does funny things, or you hear a song on the radio that reminds you of your loved one- those are just some signs they can give.
One Thanksgiving some years ago, my friend Lynn's late brother came to me with signs that she was able to confirm. So, enjoy the day knowing that ALL of your relatives are around you.
  Happy Thanksgiving!

How Do You Know When You're Hearing a Spirit?

One of the question I've been asked a lot is "'How do you know when you're hearing a ghost or a spirit?"
The answer is that if you "hear" something in your head that doesn't make sense to you, or that you have no idea what it means, chances are you may be getting a message from an Earth bound ghost or a spirit that has crossed over.
Left to Right: Spirit, YOU, person the message is for
How to verify? When you get a message, like the name "Andrew" pops into your head while you're washing dishes for example, and you haven't met anyone by that name lately, or heard the name on TV or radio, it's likely that a spirit or ghost (if you're where the ghost is located) is trying to tell you something about "Andrew."
If you suddenly get a feeling that "Andrew" belongs to your friend Jenny, make a note of it. Ask Andrew to show you something personal to him, and you may be surprised at what you get. You could suddenly see in your mind a red sports car or a hammer and nails, indicating that he could've been into carpentry, home repair, or liked to build things.
Be careful not to interpret the images, though. Let the person to whom the message is for interpret them.
  - I made the mistake of telling a young woman at Barb Mallon's event that I saw her late grandfather sitting next to her. I told her that he was a snappy dresser, loved wearing a hat and getting dressed up on Sundays. I told her he loved reading from his Bible. She insisted that her 2 grandfathers both died before she was young and that my message made no sense. *Days later, after she talked with her father (who was still living), he confirmed that it was his brother, or the girl's late uncle that met the entire message I gave. SO, be careful about calling a spirit a "grandfather, son, father, mother, etc." and just say that it's an older or younger female or male, maybe "like a grandfather" but not necessarily one. The message had a lot of meaning to the woman's father, because he was missing his late brother.
