Has the Inspired Ghost Tracking paranormal group ever gotten to a location and said "Nope-can't help this situation" either the people tied to location, owners, residents, etc. are generally unwilling to any terms or conditions of your group; or "Nope-this energy is just too weird to deal with" and you guys admit to the requestor that what is going on is beyond your capacities.
