A Note of Appreciation Goes a Long Way

One of the best things you can do is tell someone that you appreciate them, and any assistance they give you. As people who read my books can tell you, I try and answer as many emails as I can, and connect with their pet (or person) to confirm that they are fine in spirit. Every week I get between 20 and 40 email requests to connect to someone.
   I appreciate the confirmations when the person understands the messages I give. (BTW, I do it on my free time- as I don't charge and don't make a living doing medium work- I'm a scientist). So I thought I would share this nice email I received after giving a short reading:
Thank you so much, Rob, for taking the time to respond to me.  You have no idea how much this means to me.  You are a kind man with a big heart and beautiful gift.  Your books have been a blessing to me when I needed one the most.
