Keep in Mind When Reading Pets and the Afterlife: Communication applies to ALL domesticated pets

Recently I received a note from a cat parent who started reading "Pets and the Afterlife 2 - How Pets Give us Signs" and she said that her cat recently passed. She said " It seems the the primary focus is on dogs which I find distracting. Once in awhile a story about a cat is thrown in. Disappointed."

My Response:   I understand that the reader wanted mostly cat stories, but the book explains that although one story may be a sign from a dog - a cat could easily give the same sign!   I provide examples of how ANY domesticated pet (cats, dogs, pigs, etc.) can communicate. Although a good number of the stories are about dogs,  there are also many stories (and large chapters) about cats, too. When you're reading any book about how pets communicate you need a baseline because you can't be an expert in every animal.

As I explain in the beginning of my books, I use dogs as a baseline (because they are easier to train and there is more information about their behavior). Regardless- it's about domesticated pets.

The bottom line is that the stories of how they communicate - whether dogs or cats - doesn't matter, because those are the ways they both can communicate!
