Hill View Manor is located in New Castle, Pennsylvania and has a rich
history that sets the stage for a great Ghost Story. The history of the
location is just as important as the paranormal activities that are
being reported. Some Ghost Hunting groups like to go into a dwelling
with little knowledge of past events. I personally, think knowing the
history of the location plays an important part in researching what you
