One of the questions I was asked is whether the Inspired Ghost Tracking (IGT) team of paranormal investigators (of which I belong) are surprised whenever we make contact with a ghost. QUESTION: Does the team get surprised when they make contact?
ANSWER:
No. Once we sense that there's someone in a place, we aren't surprised when someone connects with us. We do however, understand that some ghosts are more shy than others because ghosts maintain their personalities. So if they were shy in life, they'll be shy in death. If they were sociable in life, they'll be sociable in death.
The tricky part about communicating with ghosts is that we have to earn their trust in order to get them to communicate. It's the same with meeting new living people. You have to gain their trust and find things in common to converse.
