Q&A: Do Pets Know When It is Their Time?

In December,  I was a guest on Mike Ricksecker and Victoria Mundae's "Edge of the Rabbit Hole" program,  I talked about how pets communicate from the afterlife. One of the questions in the chat room asked if pets know when it is their time. 

My Answer: Yes, pets know their time. I mentioned that one dog ventured outside to pass under a rose bush where she passed away. That dog knew when he was going to pass and chose the place where he wanted to pass.  When the mom thought of her dog, she's smelled the sweet scent of roses, so she knows he is still very much around in spirit. His story appears in Pets and the Afterlife 2.

In my Pets and the Afterlife 1, 2 and 3 books, I mention the different ways that living pets let us know it's their time. Most obvious is the lack of interest in food. They're often lethargic, don't have interest in play, and sometimes isolate themselves (our dog Franklin would not stay in the same room with us the 2 weeks before he passed).

Paranormal Q and A: What is the strangest case you’ve dealt with?

Inspired Ghost Tracking Group

The answer to this week's  question is also in a chapter in my book called "Case Files of Inspired Ghost Tracking" (available on Amazon).

QUESTION:  What is the strangest case you’ve dealt with?

ANSWER: That would be a case with the Inspired Ghost Tracking Group of Maryland that involved a ghost of a man from Central America who attached himself to a piece of jewelry he made (that was sold to a girl in the U.S. who bought it for her mother), and also wound up including  poltergeist activity (from a teenage girl in the house) and a ghost cat!  So, there were a lot of things happening in that house We had to cross over the male ghost from Central America and recommend counseling for the teenage girl. Once the girl got help, the activity waned. - As for the cat, well, he just stayed.

The Story is in a Chapter called "2 Ghosts, 1 Attachment, a Spirit, a Poltergeist Activity in my book "Case Files of Inspired Ghost Tracking."   

BTW- a poltergeist isn't a ghost. It's emotional activity usually generated by an emotional person (like a teenager going through hormonal changes) that simulate ghostly activity.

Q&A: Can Fish Communicate from Spirit?

Last month, on Mike Ricksecker and Victoria Mundae's "Edge of the Rabbit Hole" program, I walked about how pets communicate from Spirit. One of the questions in the chat room asked if pet fish could communicate with us from the afterlife. 

 My answer: Yes, fish can communicate, but seem to be limited in what they can do. For example, if you have other fish in a tank with them, a fish's spirit may influence another fish to go to their favorite place in the tank, or do something the fish in spirit used to do that others didn't. You may also see another fish (outside of your home) that looks like the fish who passed. Spirits will often lead us to another who resembles them so that we may know they're with us in spirit... and that's NOT a "Fish Story!"

Paranormal Q and A: Are some people more perceptive to paranormal activities than others?

Each week, I'll answer a question about the paranormal, whether a general question, or one about human or animal ghosts (Earthbound) or spirits (crossed over). Here's this week's question: 

QUESTION:  Are some people more perceptive to paranormal activities than others and what are the reasons for your answer?

ANSWER:  Yes, some people are more perceptive than others for a number of reasons. First, it can run in a family. I have the gift and my mother and her father had it. Other people who don't inherit it, can develop it. Usually those who find it easier to tune in to Earth bound ghosts or spirits who have crossed over are optimists and / or are emotional. People who are pessimists and hide their emotions set up a blockade to spirit.  

  If you think about it, everyone has the ability. Did you ever walk into a room and sense that there was someone you may want to approach and talk with, as well as someone you want to avoid? You're reading their energy. Mediums do that with dead people (or pets).
