War of the Worlds – Big Seance Podcast #154

war of the worlds - Big Seance Podcast: My Paranormal World #154If you've never heard the famous War of the Worlds October 30, 1938 broadcast from Orson Wells you need to listen to my friend Patrick Keller's podcast with a re-broadcast of it. "The War of the Worlds" is an episode of the American radio drama anthology series The Mercury Theatre on the Air directed and narrated by actor and future filmmaker Orson Welles as an adaptation of H. G. Wells's novel The War of the Worlds that was originally published in 1898! The show was done in a news style that made it believable as real occurrences and caused somewhat of a panic to people who tuned into the show late. Here's Patrick's podcast including the re-broadcast.
