VIDEO from my talk at the Strathmore Halloween Event!

On Wednesday Oct. 30, I was honored to return for the 3rd year in a row to speak at the Special Afternoon Halloween Tea at the Strathmore Mansion in Bethesda, Maryland. I spoke about Haunted Places in Maryland (including my experiences at Dr. Samuel Mudd's House),  Paranormal Investigations and about the special spirit named Ed. He's the topic of my newest book called "Kindred Spirits: How a Medium Befriended a Spirit."

In this video  clip I was speaking about my encounter with Dr. Samuel Mudd, in his residence (known as the Mudd House) in southern Maryland. Dr. Mudd was the one who wound up setting the broken leg of John Wilkes Booth, the assassin of President Lincoln on April 14, 1865. Mudd's house happened to be on the route Booth took during his escape from Ford's theatre, Washington, DC, - the site of the assassination. Mudd always claimed he was innocent and did not collaborate with Booth. Mudd just happened to live in the wrong location. The full story appears in my book "Ghosts and Spirits" and is available on Amazon.com
