Wow!  Today, Sunday, February 28th, Pets and the Afterlife (1) is #11 on Kindle under Supernatural books, while
my new book "Pets and the Afterlife 2" is already at #101. I'm so glad that grieving pet parents are finding the books and hope they help people understand how  pets communicate from the other side.

Our pets are alive and well on the other side and they send us messages in many sweet ways as well as making visits on occasion. This is the second book Rob Gutro has written about pets who have passed. He will explain how to recognize the signs they send us. You'll read about the differences in ghosts and spirits. And there are alot of amazing stories from pet parents!

I will disclose I have talked with this author after reading his first book, Pets and the Afterlife, but, that in no way affects my review of this book. Pets and the Afterlife 2 is a continuation of Pets and the Afterlife. In both, you will read about lots of pet parents who have received loving messages that only they can validate. Rob is able to help you understand "how it all works"! The stories will bring you comfort! I promise!

I don't usually do book reviews because I don't like to reveal the good parts! The same applies to this book. Really all I can say is if you are heavily grieving like I was, comfort and peace is to be found in this book. You will be surprised to see how our pets communicate with us! This book will tell you there are no coincidences! Believe it!

Rob has a wonderful gift that he is using to help others. Pets and the Afterlife 2 is a reflection of that. Read and learn new things! Read and find solace!

As I've stated in my books "Pets and the Afterlife" and "Pets and the Afterlife 2" (just came out on Feb. 14, 2016) when it comes to spirit, there's no such thing as a coincidence.

   Spirits, either human or pets, have the ability to influence things to give us signs that they are still around, and that's what happened last week. Signs can come within a couple of weeks of a birthday, anniversary or holiday. 

   My dog, Buzz passed on Feb. 22, 2005.

   In late January I received a request to guest on a radio show to talk about Pets and the Afterlife. However, when I went on the air, there were all kinds of technical difficulties and for unknown reasons. Although I now know that was Buzz's doing because spirits can affect anything electrical, and he was apparently having a lot of fun that evening messing up the equipment.   What's interesting is that Kevin and Molly, the hosts, said that they haven't had problems in quite awhile... and not until I came on.

  So, the interview was rescheduled for February 15 from 9 to 11 p.m. EST, ONE WEEK before the anniversary of Buzz's passing.  Nothing other than the date to tie it to Buzz, though, right? 
Wrong. What was the name of the radio show?  "The BUZZ."

An Email About a Cat's Spirit and Questions

   Cats and dogs will come back in spirit from time to time to visit us and let us know that they're

connected to us from the afterlife. They'll also be waiting for us there when it's our time. Recently, I received an email about a cat spirit that I thought I would share to help answer some questions you may have.

QUESTION: 

      We recently moved to a new house. We are only the 3rd owners and after some research I don't believe there to be any deaths in the house. However, a few weeks ago I was awakened by what felt like an extremely light touch on top of my comforter while I was sleeping. I didn't think much of it until this past Saturday when I was awakened by the same sensation. I experienced it again the following night.

     I tried to explain to my husband that it felt like a cat gently pawing or stepping on the comforter. But he quickly dismissed my thought and said it may have been the knitted blanket at the foot of the bed shifting (which it could've been). However, I immediately remembered that I still have the ashes of a beloved cat of mine who died a year ago that we keep in our bedroom. Could this be her????? 

  If so, I would like to know what I can do to have her move on. Should I bury her ashes? 

   I loved my cat but I don't want to welcome any spirits into the house. Please help!

MY RESPONSE: 
     Thank you for sharing your experience. Love is positive emotional energy that binds us together with those we love,whether pet or person. Yes, your feeling was very likely your cat that passed. Cats usually provide touch as a means of communicating they are visiting us. 
   She's crossed over, so no need to worry. Whenever a pet passes, our human relatives are usually on the other side to welcome them across. She will only be there from time to time.  
    As for any other human visitors in spirit - if you believe you have an Earth-bound ghost in your home tell them to move on. Explain that it is your home, and belongs to you and your family now. If it is a spirit, like that of a relative or friend who passed, they're likely just visiting.
   Keep in mind that pets, like people on the other side give us messages on special dates- like birthdays, anniversaries (such as adoption or passing dates). So, be mindful of the date your experience happens and that could give you a clue as to who is trying to let you know they love you.
